1. What FinalCandle is

FinalCandle is a software tool that analyzes market data and displays informational signals — probability estimates, pattern reads, and a "Final Call" — for Kalshi's 15-minute Bitcoin prediction markets. It is a decision-support tool, not financial advice, not an investment adviser, and not a broker-dealer. It does not manage your money, hold your funds, or place trades on your behalf.

2. No guarantees

Nothing displayed in FinalCandle — including confidence tiers, bet-quality ratings, backtested statistics, or Session History — guarantees any outcome. Historical accuracy does not predict future results. Markets are unpredictable, and a "STRONG" or "GOOD" call can still lose. A "SKIP" rating means the round was judged too close to call, not a malfunction.

3. Your responsibility

You alone decide whether, when, and how much to trade. All trades happen directly on Kalshi, in your own Kalshi account, using your own funds. FinalCandle has no access to your Kalshi account or funds and cannot place, modify, or cancel any trade for you. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses.

4. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• Account information (username, email) must be accurate and kept up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts used for abuse, fraud, credential sharing, or violation of these terms.

5. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

FinalCandle is offered on several paid plans (24-hour, weekly, and monthly access), billed through Stripe. Recurring plans renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account's billing page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, and you keep access until then. New accounts may be offered a free trial; its length, if any, is shown at signup. Quarterly (3-month) and lifetime access are no longer offered to new accounts; existing quarterly and lifetime accounts keep their access under these terms.

6. Acceptable use

This product may not be recreated, redistributed, resold, or shared in whole or in part without our explicit written permission. Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared across multiple people.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

FinalCandle is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinalCandle and its operator are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from your use of the tool, including losses caused by downtime, delayed data, or an inaccurate signal.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date above. Continuing to use FinalCandle after a change means you accept the updated terms.
